Working hour: Mon-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
Contract Type: 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage documents, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Assist with HR and office administration matters
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
